About simplifid.com
Simplifid organizes online networks, screen names, profiles, blogs, bookmarking services and URLs with unique IDs.
Simplifid.com is a tool for organizing the mess of information that comprise an individual's identity on the web. A simplifid.com account allows users to create distinct IDs for a specific audience or purpose. For example, one ID may be used for business to aggregate appropriate email and content links while another may be used to share personal contact information with family and friends.
Why simplifi?
Personal
You've got accounts on Friendster and MySpace, messengers from Yahoo! And AOL, personal and professional email as well as blogs and a website.
You have separate personal and professional email addresses.
You email someone a link and it doesn't work because their email client chops it up.
You can direct people to the information that you want them to see about you on the web.
You have a common name. There are 5,050 accounts for “Mary Smith” on MySpace.
Google says that someone with your name was arrested in Miami for armed robbery, but you've never even been to Miami. You can kiss that job goodbye. (True story.)
You have changed or are going to change email addresses or screen names.
Professional
It's a great web-presence portfolio for graphic designers, photographers, writers and programmers.
You have personal friends, chat friends and business contacts and you do not want them to mix.
A simplifid ID you can include links to reviews, examples and pertinent industry information or along side your contact information: things that just won't fit on a business card.
Search results for your company are irrelevant. Your simplifid ID targets external company information.
